Umm. I know that feeling only too well. I was once that woman waiting to be sacked. Couldn’t make a decision, for business or personal life. Lost the plot, really, didn’t know whether I was coming or going.

The Jury is still out… Even though there is strong evidence to support the benefits of herbal remedies and phytoestrogens (plant based – soya or yam – products), there is always another group that publishes information to say they don’t work.
